Investment Planning

Our Investment Committee

Working with Avallis Group bring with it several key benefits that differentiate us from the traditional private banks and investment houses. Some key advantages include:

Independent and objective

Independent and objective investment recommendations based on the client’s investment needs and requirements articulated through an investment policy statement. Recommendations are not driven by revenue considerations and promotion of in-house products which can lead to conflicts of interest.

A structured process

A structured and disciplined investment management process that incorporates the best of institutional investment decision-making and is made accessible to individual investors. Portfolios are constructed based on the principles of diversification, optimized based on risk-adjusted returns. The value we add is in the investment thesis, rationale, recommendations. The is reflected in the tactical asset allocation decisions and a proprietary fund selection methodology.

Informed methods

As a group we evaluate a wide range of investment ideas and opportunities daily, sourced from multiple financial institutions globally, and consider only the best ideas. On an average day, we receive dozens of investment ideas from around the world and filter out only the best ideas for that day for clients.

Deep experience

A highly experienced team of investment professionals sit on the Investment Committee with a combined total of over ten decades of cumulative investment experience derived from a wide variety of financial disciplines. The long-term experience anchors decisions to reality and attenuates market exuberance and despair. Senior team members have advised/managed funds over billions of dollars in various asset classes including fixed income, equities, and private equity.

Collectively these groups of factors have resulted in a solid track record over the past 10 years.

Avallis boasts of a transparent fee structure with no hidden fees. All fees are known to the client upfront.
